Monthly and Start of Tenancy fees

 

  • Start of tenancy fee – DBS and background checks done on the potential tenants including affordability checks and contract exchange are fully completed. 

 

  • Monthly Management fee per property:Day to day property maintenance and management, including 24h emergency line for tenants. 

 

Please note additional work/maintenance may incur contractor fees (invoices provided to ensure transparency).
